Olive oil

Olive oil is full of antioxidants such as Vitamin E and fatty acids such as oleic acid. It's famous for its ability to lock in moisture - and because oil flows from the olives naturally when they're crushed, the vitamins and natural ingredients aren't damaged during the extraction process.
